Don’t try to get everything done in one single day - this is often impossible even in a traditional classroom. Plan for multi-day sessions, especially since you’ll be reliant on technology and, as we all know, technical issues are bound to arise at some point during your sessions. There will be bumps along the road, but if you’re well prepared and plan accordingly, they won’t phase you.
